Not only did Seyi Shay change six times during her Headies 2018 hosting duties, she managed to look more stunning with each look!

Lace, fur, and lots of glitter— the music star’s wardrobe for the night did not disappoint. With the help of Efe Tommy and his team who creatively directed each look and planned all the outfits, Seyi Shay reminded everyone of the diva that she really is.

Efe :

The vision for her looks was to highlight her best features which for me was her neck, shoulder bones, tiny waist,  and electrifying long legs. So fitting the dress meant it had to fit like a glove. And working with the best team helped a lot!

Here’s a recap of all her must-see looks from last weekend:

For the first on stage look, the star went with a Wakanda themed outfit which coincided with the opening Wakanda performance. The black sheer lace with intricate details featured full voluminous neck and bell hands. She paired the look with a turban – a tribute to Winnie Mandela and finished up with lace socks and a pair of Louboutin Pigalles. The whole look was created by Nigerian fashion brand, House of Jahdara.

For the second look, the star went for a sleeveless floor length David Tlale fringe dress with deep V neckline. Keeping her signature platinum grey coloured hair pulled back to reveal glittering silver earrings.

Designer Samuel Noon delivered a sexy red dress with a thigh-high slit and a dramatic feature on the right shoulder. She finished her look with a soft makeup by Jide of St. Ola and a pair of Louboutin stilettos.

. The bespoke crystal-embellished side velvet gown which was cinched at the waist came with an exaggerated train, for a dramatic effect as she waltzed around the venue.

She opted for a pretty peach look for her next appearance. Seyi wore a voluminous sheer maxi skirt paired with a matching corset crop top by David Tlale.

The final showstopper was a fresh-off-the-runway Mai Atafo AW18 outfit. Seyi Shay stunned once more in a see-through lace jumpsuit.
