Last night at the 2019 Emmy Awards the best in TV and film put their fashion foot on the red carpet in the dreamiest dresses and crisp suits.
While the fashion crowd moved to Paris, the TV stars brought back the pink and red colour block trend. Even though the colour block trend has been on and off since 2012, coming in different styles and textures, the Fall 2019 shows last year featured a major comeback and the dominant colours were red and pink.
At last night’s Emmys, the stars proved that these two power colours can still work together to produce a fun sartorial offering.

For her first appearance, she wore a show-stopping off the shoulder pink and red Brandon Maxwell floor-length gown. She switched things up later for the HBO party wearing a silk thin-strap cropped top and high waisted skirt.
