attended the inaugural event as well as the this weekend in South Africa alongside stars like , , , , , , Sarah Langa and more.
Whilst we are used to Lerato’s experimental style, nothing could have prepared us for the jaw dropping looks she served this weekend. Feathers, colour, drama, high slits…there is nothing that Lerato is scared of when it comes to red carpet style, and as usual she brought her personality and clear love of fashion to both events.
We couldn’t get enough of her flame orange all feather Gert Johann Coetzee look for the SA Style Awards, and the more subdued but no less dramatic lilac number by the same designer for the Standard Bank Polo In the Park event in Steyn City.
For this look, Lerato opted to style it with matching black ankle strap heels and her signature black bob. A soft glam makeup look with bold lashes completed her striking ensemble.
For her Polo In the Park look, Lerato let the double high slits and asymmetric neckline do the talking – we adore the juxtaposition of a supremely sweet pastel colourway and delicate fabrication with the dramatic silhouette and embellishments. Gold strappy sandals finished off the look.
This is definitely the Lerato we know and love.
